Memorial Day... and more

The summer is really getting into full swing. It seems like we have something coming up every weekend, and we don't even have that many weddings this year!

Any way, enjoy all of the photos, and the two videos below. The first is Jake showing off how Mommy taught him to sign "I love you" and the second was my attempt at capturing one of the Red Bull Air Racers downtown during their practice round.

Michele is How Old?!?

It's hard to believe, but that beautiful young lady in the picture above turned the big Three-Oh today!

We spent the weekend up at our folks' to celebrate both Michele's birthday and Mother's Day. After swim class on Saturday, we headed up to Grand Blanc. We had dinner at Don Pablo's where Michele wanted to go primarily because she was craving a Margarita. The dinner was delicious, and Grandma, MPnA, MnK, and Melissa were all able to join us. After dinner, the guys retired to the basement to work/watch the Wings' game while Meme, Michele, and Kelly went and saw Made of Honor. Michele and Kelly both really liked the movie while my mom, a budding movie critic, was less than impressed. All wasn't lost, however, as she got to spend the evening with her daughters-in-law.

After Church, on Sunday, we spent the day at GnGT's house. We had a delicious ham dinner and there were plenty more gifts passed around. DLCnM were all there as well to help celebrate both events.

A few weekends ago, Michele took Jake up to GnGT's house for the afternoon where Jake got to play some with Maiya. There are some photos from that trip here.
